SODAC Distribution were delighted to work with Seamus Foy & Sons Building Contractors Ltd. This house will be aired on rooms to improve episode 3 – Rathfarnham on the 22nd September 2019. The house was a deep retrofit scheme and we were able to supply them a whole house  Demand Control Ventilation system. The Ducobox Focus was used to constantly monitor indoor air quality using both humidity and CO2 control valves which were able to individually monitor each wet room thus creating demand when and where was needed.
