The Blauberg Reneo SE 400 is a high-performance mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) unit designed for larger houses and light commercial buildings. It delivers continuous balanced ventilation while recovering up to 93% of heat from extracted air, helping to reduce heating costs in winter and cooling loads in summer.
With a maximum airflow of 400 m³/h at 100pa, the Reneo SE 400 is ideal for larger residential properties and commercial spaces requiring powerful, efficient and reliable whole-building ventilation.

Construction & Performance
The casing is manufactured from expanded polypropylene (EPP), providing excellent thermal insulation and sound attenuation. Integrated G4 filters are supplied as standard, with optional F7 (ePM1 60%) supply filtration for enhanced indoor air quality.
Intelligent Control Options
- S21 Version – Wi-Fi enabled with app control via the Blauberg Home app, Smart Home integration and BMS compatibility (Modbus).
Optional accessories include CO₂ sensors, humidity sensors, reheaters, silencers and motorised dampers.
